Q: Will I meet you before you start?

A: There is no obligation to meet me before making your booking. However, I am very happy to come meet you and your pet to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you have to make sure you and your 4 legged companion are entirely comfortable before you make a booking with me.  

 

Q: How much do you charge?

A: To see the my prices, please see the prices section.

 

Q: Do you do dog sitting?

A: Yes. I offer a pet sitting service including dogs, cats and other small animals. If you have a holiday, weekend away or just a long day away from home, I will look after your pet at your home and provide company and expert care to them whilst you are away.  Please give me a call or contact me via email and we can discuss your requirements.

 

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. I have combined liability insurance with a specialist pet insurance company. Please contact me for more information or to see a copy of my insurance certificate. 

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: I understand your plans may change and things do happen and therefore you may have to cancel your booking. If this happens, all I ask is that you let me know via phone or text with as much notice as you possibly can. 

 

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: I cover Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas. If you would like to know whether I cover your area, please contact me. 

 

Q: Do you do puppy visits?

A: Yes. To find out more, please visit my service page. 

 

Q: Will anyone else be walking my dog?

A: No, your pet will always be walked by me. 

 

Q: What do you do in the event of an emergency?

A: In the very unlikely event of an emergency I will immediately call and notify you. If any veterinary assistance is required, I will take your pet to the nearest vet or to your nominated one where possible.
